I have a one-page schematic that I created mostly by block copying parts of other 99SE
schematics. Some of the reference designators are duplicates, others are new with
question marks and so-forth. I have tried to reset designators and then annotate, and
I also tried to annotate

Yes, it is reproducible. The reset option has no effect.
I have tried every option available to me even though it is only one sheet.
