I am having a difficult time using arcs in 99SE schematics. Once created they are nearly impossible to move or change properties. I can only move them by placing text nearby, selecting both and then moving the text. If I want to change an arc it is easiest to delete and re-create.

As far as I'm aware this is only a problem in Schematic if you attempt to draw a 360 degree arc using the Arc Drawing primitive. There seems to be a problem when the arc start point coincides with its end point. But if you want a complete circle use the Ellipse drawing primitive - it only
