Wolfgang,
To the best of my knowledge there is no way to back
annotate the automatically generated netnames into the schematic. There
names are derived from one of the pins in the net and can change if the
topology of the net or schematic is changed. The new synchroniser is
fairly good at renaming nets when they change, but not perfect.
