Mike, The download can be run in evaluation mode for 21 days or so. Also manual can be downloaded separately. Neale. In simple terms it replaces the Altium viewer with one that, in our experience, just works. Very necessary in 99SE as there was no real alternative. The program uses it's own component library (supplied) which can be supplemented by the user creating components. This can be done in most 3D CAD programs with VRML export (we use SE). There are other capabilities such as, section view, selected views, an IDF export, total layer display control, etc. I really do suggest you download the manual.
