I've just started working with Altera's stratix device and found a reasonably well documentation for laying out fine line BGA pcb.
http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/stx/ch_9_vol_3.pdf It's only worthit if you are looking for additional BGA guidlines for PCB layout rules & measurements.
