I like to look at the final output (margins, page size, etc.) when printing and also be able to save the file as whatever name I like. As I recall, the Protel print file output name is the same for every print and somewhat generic (unlike most Windows apps), so renaming the file is almost a must. I use PDFWriter instead of PDF Distiller. I don't use 'print all documents' Acrobat can't understand that as far as I know. I print one page at a time (without any problems). I am using PDFWriter 4.0 and print all documents works fine for me.
