Very wordy, but very convenient.

There are some obscure fields, perhaps somewhere there is fuller
documentation. But most and probably all of what you'd want to change is
very clear.

We intend to  heavily modify the ASCII file.  I would not like to ASSUME
that the "obscure" fileds are also self-documenting.  Again, Thank you all
