I just was talking to one of our engineers this morning

Re: [PEDA] Tasking tools

2002-01-15 Thread Bryn Wolfe

I got the same support suggestion for a PCBPrint.dll server failure. Application
always hangs if I try to print in W2K on one machine. I also have it on my W2K
laptop but don't get the problem. I went through the purge process, reinstalled
and got the same problem. I am currently in the process of holding my left arm
straight out in front of me, lifting my right leg 45 degrees to the side, tilting
my head back and holding the mouse upside down. I have just about the same level
of confidence that that will fix the problem.

 Nothing here.

As an aside, I asked for help with the problem of crashes during shutdown on
W2K (also reported here), and the answer I got was to uninstall Protel, purge
all traces from the system, and reinstall. Since it was a brand-new clean
install, that advice seems less than helpful - although I'll give it a try as
soon as I get a chance. But it seems that ATS is just the same old user
 support - none.
