Adeel, Sometimes this happens when you post a message to the forum and someone replys by hitting REPLY ALL, which sends a copy of the reply directly to you and another to you thru the Forum Distribution. You can tell one that has come thru Forum Distribution simply by the fotter added to each message. Unfortunately you cannot do anything about this type of duplication, since it is caused by someone doing a REPLY ALL rather than a simple REPLY. If there is something other than this happening, than possibly you are for some reason a duplicate entry in the Forum Distribution List, and should ask the Forum Administrator. You might first want to check the properties of the header of each email that you are receiving duplicates of, as there is a small possibility that your email program irself is making a duplicate, or possibly you are by mistake (for example, selecting a block of emails and coping them to a folder, followed by moving them to a folder, will result in two copies of each email in that folder). Otherwise, the Forum Distribution appears to be working properly. Adeel, in addition to what JaMi said, if you are using Outlook and are moving the messages with a rule to folders make sure the rule says Move and Not Copy to the destination. Otherwise that might be a cause of seeing two messages.
