This is a bit scary.  I haven't had to do a DDB repair since I installed the
required update of the Jet database package more than 18 months ago.
If you have to do DDB repairs, something is WRONG!  You are going to have
a very frustrating loss of work soon if you don't find it.  There are some
memory
exerciser programs that will boot from a floppy and check for bad memory
in your system.  If there is no update for the Jet database, then it seems
like it
must be a hardware problem.  I would get serious about finding out what the
problem is.  I have had occasional crashes with Win 95, but no corruption
at all!
