Dupa cum i-am raspuns D-lui Dan Matei, nici prietenia dintre Angelescu si d-ra Bors nu se poate nega, petrecut impreuna (cu cealalta doamna si alti "prieteni") onomastici, week-ends etc.etc... si poate nu ar fi rau de ascultat si ce spune d-ra Bors despre relatia "personala" dintre d-ei si Angelescu.
Adaug la ce spune mai jos D-ra Roth ca nu doar ca declaratia de interes a lui Angelescu nu e actualizata dar nici declaratia de avere nu e actualizata de la inceputul lui 2005 (adica pt. anul 2004), adica exact de cand Gabriel a inceput demersurile pt. aprobarea studiului de impact. What seems pertinent in trying to find an explanation is the fact that we all know the close personal relationship between Mr Angelescu and Mrs Dana Mihai. In essence there is nothing wrong with it and we all wish them happiness. However, in light of what happened with ARA at the commission one must question Mr Angelescu's action because there seems to exist no professional reason for refusing ARA to speak at the commission. Looking at the connection it is thus interesting to highlight that Mr. Angelescu has had a vital role in the Rosia Montana dossier for MCC and this for several years. Mrs Dana Mihai on the other hand is listed in the Rosia Montana EIA as an accredited expert author and this as Director of Dalem Consulting, the company that coordinated the archaeological excavations at Rosia Montana for Gabriel Resources (via a contract). Mr Gligor, the archaeologist, who is the person currently present at Rosia Montana coordinating the demolition works has been a director at Dalem Consulting. Mrs Dana Maihai is the Director of the National Institute for Historic Monuments. Mr Mircea Angelescu is the Director general [Directia generala Patrimoniu cultural national]. Interestingly there exists no declaratie de avere/ interes by Mrs Dana Mihai (or at least I have not found it) and there exists no declaratie de interes by Mircea Angelescu. In essence what seems to be occurring at Rosia Montana is that the definition of what constitutes patrimoniu cultural is defined by Gabriel (funds). From Angelscu's latest reaction but also judging from past examples it seems that MCC and the contracting companies are agreeing to this approach. When institutions such as ARA come along showing that by law this should not be the case and that what is done seriously infringes applicable legislation, they are are simply refused to make their case at the commission (!). Whilst this also lets the commission (conveniently?) off the hook one should not forget the 'scientific' approach from another Commission of MCC that led to the declassification of Carnic.
