USD amenda si interdictia de acces la Internet Un spammer (furnizor de servicii de spam) persoana fizica din SUA a fost amendat cu 11,2 miliarde USD (!) pentru ca a trimis peste 280 mil. mesaje spam catre conturile utilizatorilor unui provider de servicii online de consolidare a creditelor, jocuri de noroc si pornografie.
