[protext] proTeXt install problem

Title: proTeXt install problem I downloaded the short pdf document from http://www.tug.org/protext/ftp/Install/  to my PC, but when I click the links in the PDF document, it says "Could not open the file", do I miss anything? Thanks, Hui Tong  __
