Can anyone recommend a version of Visual C++ Express that I can use to

We're working with this project indirectly and having some trouble in iOS
as well. So your message is great to see. However, I'm confused as when I
look at http://code.google.com/p/protobuf/source/list and look at the
changelist, I see rev 408 as the HEAD. Am I missing where to look
