Hi, I am trying to install a python library called imposm.parser, so i went
pip install imposm.parser but it says: Could not find protoc command. Make sure protobuf is installed and your PATH environment is set. Failed to generate protbufCPP files with protoc I have added C:\Python27\Scripts to PATH, but I couldn't find anything related protobuf. (Excuse me if my programming skills is a bit low.)
