Done. I both added VB to the list of acronyms and added a separate copy
of the link under Visual Basic to make sure it's visible.

Please could you update the OtherLanguages wiki page to reflect this.
This lets VB users use the protobuf-net runtime, but with VB code
generation (rather than having to generate, reference and maintain a
C# assembly just for the entities).
Thanks hugely to Michael Thaler and Rüdiger Klaehn, who contributed
this.
I'm also now wondering what other .NET languages I can (usefully)
support - as each is typically just a case of adding a single template
file.
