Yes. The generated code is the same no matter whether the protoc is built
in 64bit or 32bit.

[protobuf] Build in 64bits

Hi

I want to build my solution that use Procol buffer in 64 bits do I have to 
build protocol Buffers in 64 bits ? if Yes can I use 
*protoc-2.5.0-win32.zip*
  
to build in 64 ??
