Error 'setup.py' and empty solution with CMAKE under Windows

Hello, I downloaded qpid-cpp-0.26 and installed all the necessary tools. After launch the following command (I want to build for VS2012) : cmake -i -G Visual Studio 11 . Cmake seems to do a lot of work but then it finished with following error : C:\Python27\python.exe: can't open file
