Chuck Rolke closed PROTON-709.

       Resolution: Not a Problem
    Fix Version/s: 0.8

Other system builds fine. Local machine had corrupted SVN checkout with 
dispatcher.h file where it did not belong.

Notes:
1. File was harmless until recent include file ordering changes 'woke it up'.
2. SVN seems to go out of its way to hide stray files.
