In order to configure the delivery outcomes supported/requested for a Source,
it is necessary to supply the full symbolic descriptors in a Symbol array.
There are currently no public values exposed for these in proton-j, meaning it
is likely people would use the wrong value or none at all. Supply constants so
those who want do the correct thing can do so without mainaining their own copy.
