[Prototype-core] Position.cumulativeOffset in IE6

Hi! I noticed yesterday, that Z-indexes are not observed when calculating cumulativeOffset. Did everyone ever noticed? Is there a bug-report? Should I report one? Is there allready a first approach to fix this? I will try to fix this issue this weekend, but first of all I would like to arrang
