iv found an bug replacing textarea-tag-elements.
Have a look at this:
function transformTinyMCE(div) { Element.replace(div,"no!"); }

The resulting htmlcode will be:
...no!...
buggy in SeaMonkey 1.1.4 and Firefox 2.0.0.5.
