I read something (http://ajaxian.com/archives/protopacked-213-protoype-
scriptaculous-32kb) that mentioned that there was a "common custom
build with the pack, “Prototype+Effects”, which weighs in at around
26kb". That would be awesome. I don't need the whole scriptaculous
library, just effects.js.
