What is the best way of going about invoking the .stripScripts().stripTags();
string from prototype before the information is passed from the Scriptaculous InPlaceEditor to the server to be processed? <script type="text/javascript"> var test = new Ajax.InPlaceEditor($('test'),'_proc.jsp',{ rows:10, cols:40, externalControl: 'test_control', externalControlOnly: 'true', ajaxOptions: {method: 'post'}, paramName: 'test'}); </script> When the information is inputted into my database it still has the HTML code in it if HTML code is typed into the editor. I looked at this: http://www.prototypejs.org/api/string/stripTags but dont understand how to get it to work with the inplaceedit. Thank you for your help!
