Yes that's intentionally, the drop-downs only become enable when there
is more then one choice. The bug in Safari is, when choosing an option
in the third drop-down (Choose your category), the form resets to only
showing "Choose your game". After this, it stops working.
In IE, you always have to use the buttons for the form, selecting an
option just does nothing.
PS I tested the simple form (http://tle.vaarties.nl/form.php) and that
one has the bug in it.
