[Proto-Scripty] Re: Issue with apply() function

2009-06-29 Thread T.J. Crowder

Hi Pradeep,

That's surprising. Could you put together a very small, self-
contained example and post it to Pastie[1] or something? (There's a
template here[2] if it's useful, just swap in the right library.) All
three current versions of IE pass the various unit tests, which means
it's something specific about your configuration/installation.

 Hi,

I'm using prototype-1.6.1_rc2.js in my project.

In that, all the lines that is written as __method.apply(...some
arguments...) raises the following error :

Object doesn't support this property or method

This is only seen in IE. Please help me out !!

 Thanks,
 Pradeep.

[Proto-Scripty] Re: Issue with apply() function

2009-06-29 Thread T.J. Crowder

Hi Pradeep,

Sorry, bit of a miscommunication there. What I meant was, can you
produce a _complete_, stand-alone, minimal page that demonstrates the
problem you're having? Because, again, it's not a problem with
Prototype in general. It's something specific to your situation.

The second link[1] I gave you in my note gives what I hope is a clear
example of what I mean.
