Como estades a tradución «failed to *»
No glosario aparecen varias entradas como «fallo ao crear» «fallo ao crear a
canalización» etc.
«fail to do sth» está xa que logo a ser traducido como «fallo ao _facer algo_»
pero «to fail to do sth» é «non conseguir facer algo» ou «deixar de facer
