[psas-avionics] First light(s) on avionics system, moving to PSU

Hi! The avionics system is not in any sense flyable, but it is together and hooked up. We have all of the blocks, IMU -> FC -> Roll Control, hooked up. Nathan and I are bringing it to PSU right now, so that tomorrow evening we can hack on *actual hardware*. Shiny! Andrew -- ---
