Anecdotally, nearly everything I do is ~2.7. The python community as
a whole seems deathly allergic to upgrading to 3. /shrug
Mostly I don't worry about it. You can set the python you want in a
virtual env with the -p flag so that it's different for different
projects, for instance:
$ mkvirt
Hey, I'm running late to today's hack session, please start without me -
I'll be there as soon as I can!
