Hi everyone,

I've been out with a family emergency the last three days. I'm back,
everyone's mostly fine, and now it's time to get back to rockets!

# Boo, no launch!

I'm pretty disappointed we're not going. For the first time since 2005,
we truly have a fully functioning avionics system, even if it is rough
around the edges. Looking at the weather reports for Sunday, however,
make it clear we made the right call - it's getting *worse*.

# Yay, new avionics system!

I'm really, really impressed with how fast we pulled that system
together. Let's not drop the momentum now, let's carry this through to
Spring 2013 for our next launch. So I'm proposing:

1. Like Nathan said, let's pull together a list of must/should/may goals
for the spring 2013 launch on Tuesday.

2. We leave the avionics system in a working state. This means every
fix/feature should not reduce the avionics system to a non-working state
for more than one work session. We've had a non-working system for too
long. In particular, we make sure the FC is always available so that the
software folks can continuously be hacking on flight software on actual
hardware.

3. As the Electronics Prototyping Lab (EPL) comes more and more on line,
we start moving our hack sessions there.

That's all for now, see you all Tuesday!

Andrew
