[psas-avionics] GFE update

Good morning! All 8 GFEs that we built up (out of the 10 total boards)
now work. There may be more problems in the boards we find once we get
firmware running, but they electrically check out.

All I can say is: finally!

[psas-avionics] GFE update

Hi!

The GFE layout is done; thanks to Josh who helped "pair-routed" with me
last night. It passes my OCD-compliance, and it passes ERC and DRC. It's
currently checked in in avionics-cad for people to peruse.

Next on the agenda: create a BOM, and verify that we can still get these
parts. If not, replace with parts that actually exist. Then run these
puppies.
