AAArrrrrggghhh. I've now *actually* read the schematic and while the SD
card goes directly into the Broadcom ARM chip using an SDIO interface
(whew), the LAN is in fact a USB hub + Lan chip from SMSC (now
microchip). It's a little horrifying, but it makes sense, I guess.

OK, we'll, I guess we'll see how reliable it is with just the LAN on
USB? I suppose in the end we can always just get a small PoE camera if
the RP doesn't work out...
