[PSAS] This weekends launch *SCRUBBED* due to weather; plans for the next shot

2010-05-20 Thread Andrew Greenberg
Hi everyone,

According to NOAA, the weather on Saturday is just atrocious (rain,
snow, thunderstorms) and only a bit better on Sunday. Since their
forecast is still mostly cloudy on Sunday, and we are not allowed to
launch into the clouds, we are scrubbing our launch this weekend.

The next scheduled launch is OROC's Summer Skies the weekend of June
26 - 27th. Once again, we'll target a Sunday noon launch. Historically
the Bend area is near perfect in June, so there's not as much of a
chance of scrubbing due to weather.

Nathan: please reset our T minus clock ;)

Andrew
