There are many time-synchronization protocols both deployed and in the
literature. In a manner similar to honeybees finding their new nest, i
think we'll just have to scout about.
Small errors in timing may be considered an additional noise source in
the overall noise budget.

I can't check the iterative output 'cuz the stage speed (Stage Seed)
is missing from the table. (Or i don't understand it, or my browser
isn't rendering it, etc.) But if the stage speed was known you could
just use the first equation as a simple check.

Still not totally clear on how Dead Mass and Liftoff Mass relate to
stage masses before and after separation. I might claim that Liftoff
Mass is something of a misnomer.
Some possible terminology:
- (m_L) Payload mass
- (m_p) Propellant mass
- (m_i) Initial (fueled)

Sorry, but i have to cancel the parachute test this Sunday.
One of the pusher elements was slightly under built and broke during
testing. I'll need to make another piece which is a couple hours work,
and on top of that i'm working through a cold virus this weekend.
