PSAS has been invited to attend the Annual MCECS BBQ (Thursday,
September 23rd from 11 am-1 pm). I'll be able to help set up, and Ben
will be point for the event. This is a great chance for us to
interact with some new and returning engineering students, and also to
get our student members some
* Another couple of folks to help show what we do
I'll be there! Who else can help?
* Rocket parts to show off (roll control maybe?)
Yes please! I'd like to show off the mock-assembled rocket, if possible.
Dan, Dave, and Tim: could we get all the modules and whatnot together
Tuesday evening?
Could you tell us in two sentences what the MCECS BBQ is? Also where it is?
Regardless, I can likely come by any time and help. I have a laptop,
pictures, and videos.

It's the MCECS New Student BBQ - basically, a chance for all new
engineering students to hang out. All the students groups will be there.
There will be free lunch, some speakers, and it's in the Engineering
Building
It's the Engineering School's free lunch during orientation. One of
their highlights is showing off engineering student groups.
It should be held in front of EB (by Taco Del Mar and the creepy metal
sculpture) and every year they move into the atrium when it starts to
rain.
