We've got a few dollars left this year to spend on parts. (Don't ask  
me how much - more than $1000, I think. I'm still calculating that  
part based on the horrid printouts that are Banner Reports; order the  
parts anyway while I figure it out). Since we've got plenty to do, and  
only a term left to order this stuff on this year's budget, let's get  
going!

If you've got parts that you need to order for the rocket build, no  
problem. Just get me the ordering information, and I'll fill out the  
paperwork and get it submitted so that we can get our orders processed  
ASAP.

I (meaning SALP/PSU) *must have* the following information to process  
a parts order:


vendor name
contact name
telephone
website
***FAX NUMBER****
address
city
state
zip

part number
description
unit price
quantity


Honestly - we need all that information to get the parts order  
processed correctly. In my recent experience, I've found that if  
everything is submitted correctly, our orders get processed quickly  
and without fuss. You can either submit it to me via email, or give me  
the info at a regular meeting.

Any questions, comments or concerns, give me a holler.

Otherwise, get your orders in!
