Peter says the waiver for Bend might be in effect all year, and only
takes a phone call to activate.  It would make launching at Bend much
easier...

I think you guys got something wrong.  The waiver at Brothers is for the
full year.  It only has to be activated, which is just a few phone calls in
the morning and when done.

I'll check with the OROC people tonight, at their meeting.

I've got the place for a 'Low' altitude launch as well.

Hi Peter,

No, we will not be launching next weekend.  We're looking at at
November or spring launch in Bend, possibly with a low-altitude test
launch in the portland area.  I'll forward you the email about the
cancellation.
