Hi everyone! Curiosity is landing on Mars at 10:31pm this Sunday August 5th. We'll celebrate by throwing the live stream up on the projector in our regular meeting room, FAB 86-01, and eating snacks. Doors open at 9:30pm and close probably very, very late - although most of the excitement will be done by 11:30pm.
This is a mostly public event for us, so feel free to invite folks and bring friends and family... although not more than about 30 people will fit in that room, so please don't invite *everyone* you know. :) We'll be letting people in through the Engineering Building front doors - that's the entrance at 1900 SW 4th Ave (right by Taco del Mar). The doors are locked, but we'll post signs on who to call to let you in, and we'll be checking the doors every 5 minutes. See you then!
