These kinds of events were always very successful at OIT. I would highly recommend pulling out all the stops for this. It also gives engr students a place to get hooked up with groups that actually get there hands dirty doing engineering aside from just learning about it. Not to mention its a good way for different faculty and staff to become aware of our accomplishments. Its a win win all way round. All the students groups will be there. There will be free lunch, some speakers, and it's in the Engineering Building Atrium (where we did the parachute tests).
