[PSAS] Reminder: GPS Study Group

2014-09-23 Thread Nathan Bergey
Hi!

We're meeting, we *hope* in 86-01. Andrew and I still can't get in, so
look for us at the bottom of the EB stairwell if 86-01 is locked.

Regular meeting after this at 7:00!

[PSAS] Reminder: GPS Study Group tomorrow

2014-09-08 Thread Jenner Hanni
Hey all,

Just a reminder that the GPS group is meeting tomorrow at 6pm for an
hour in FAB 86-01.

I wrote up a blog post summarizing what we did two weeks ago and what
we're probably going to start from tomorrow... (if anyone reads this
and wants to correct, feel free to submit pull request or email me!)

Last time we talked about digitizing analog signals and where the I/Q
bits came from in a sample raw GPS data file. Hopefully up next is how
to get useful data out of the bits.
