EU issues new Microsoft warning Brussels - EU regulators threatened Microsoft with millions of euros in daily fines if the US software giant failed to answer their antitrust concerns satisfactorily within four weeks.
The new warning comes as the European Commission found that Microsoft failed to supply satisfactory information to allow its Windows operating system to function smoothly with rivals' products in line with a 2004 antitrust ruling.
