8 is indeed accessible. There are really no noticeable differences between 8 and 9 for accessibility. However, the advantage that 9 offers is the ability to use Pro TOols with any audio device.

In that case i mentioned 10 since the name changed and in case someone using 10 was following the conversation they would know what wer talking about. If memory serves correct you should be able to see atleast the names of the files in the region list and using a drag and drop method documented
