Hi,
1. make sure, that the surface is in hui-mode. You do this by pressing and
holding the select buttons of Canal 1 und 2, when you boot the surface. After
that, press the pot of Chanel 4. This puts the control surface in hui mode.
2. If you have connected the surface to your Computer, launch

Hi, Someone on this list said you can run pro tools in x-code and generate
accessibility related events. How do you do this? Also I was wondering if
anyone knows about a pro tools plugin development kit for either RTAS or AAX
plugins or if any source code for free plugins exist? Nick

Hi,
As far as any open code for RTAS, can't imagine such a thing with Avid, but
off the top of my head, I would look into the VST to RTAS rappers out there
and consider creating a VST plug for mac and then rapping it in a VST to
RTAS rapper then it could ride in Pro tools.
Just a thought

I have done all these thing and still I can't get
any sort of response from the controller.
Maybe its just another accessibility problem with mountain lion.
Thanks again,
Trevor

Well, I have no reason to believe it'll negatively affect the issue of
accessibility. I will make it a point to confirm that with the folks at Avid
including Mr. Hernandez himself.
