Hello and thanks for all the tips and suggestions on getting started with Pro tools. My course of action now will be that i will download the understanding pro tools videos and see if i can make sense of them, If i can, i hope i'll be off the ground and if not, i'll probably be back plaguing

My issue is, I have drum triggers down stairs. My studio is upstairs. I can record onto my Macbook, but I'm still on PT 8.04 so I would need to haul my 003 down as well. I'd like some software on my Macbook with which I can record MIDI without having to haul my interface down as well. Any
