Hi there.
Well maybe i overdo it a little when i call Avids website a nightmare. Most
things are usable but for two things. For one, when you want to change your
password there’s a captcha that is very hard to beat. I had to have sighted
assistance to manage it and secondly, and here’s where i
Hi Krister,
Call +1-650-731-6300 and follow the prompts for help with registration. You'll
get somebody on the phone who might be able to assist you. I tried to type into
that field and, coincidentally, somehow entered January 2014 even though I was
trying to enter December 2013. At any rate,
Hi All,
Does latest update PT11 work with Mountain Lion, or the accessibility fixes
only work with Mavericks?
Thanks,

Hi, I did call Avid support and the remote process was very easy and now
pro tools 10 and 11 as well as the digi 003 drivers for pro tools 11 are
installed. They told me that the pro tools 11 drivers should work with
pro tools 10 but they really have not been very well testted. Will pro
Hi, I wrote the webmaster of Avid about these major accessibility issues
and it does not work on the pc as none of those items are links you can
activate with the keyboard. When I called them today they filled all of
this information for me so now my pro tools 11 is registerd and
working.
Hi Nick,
You referred to Lion in your message but I'm assuming you meant Mountain Lion.
Pro Tools 10.3.6 is the first Mavericks compatible version and it most
definitely works with Mountain Lion as well so 10.3.8 will also work with both
ML and Mavericks.
You can definitely import a 10.3.8
Thanks Slau, that's good to know.
I just installed Pro Tools 11.1.2 on Mountain Lion. One thing I noticed
right away is that VoiceOver doesn't read the track list table. It just
says what column and row I'm on instead of the track name.
Do you know if this is Mountain Lion only issue, or it's
Hi all.
I installed PT11.1.2 on my iMac.
I can not change Click sound.
Please tell me how to configure the Click II plugin.

Hi chi,
That's surprising. I only tested PT 11 under Mountain Lion before major work
was done. After that, I only had it running under Mavericks. I do believe
others had tested it under Mountain Lion, however. Are you aware that the track
list table in PT 11 was rewritten so that the show/hide
Hi Slau,
When I'm inside the track list table and move VO cursor, VO only says
something like column 1 row 1, column 2 row 2, column 1 row 2, and so
on. VO reports the track name outside track list table though.
If I click on the first column for each row inside the track list table,

Hi Chi,
Ah, now I now that this is a VoiceOver issue because the same version of Pro
Tools running under Mavericks as opposed to Mountain Lion does not exhibit the
same problem. This was the case with counter displays not being read and
buttons not revealing their states.
Indeed, clicking on
