The thing is too with that, the last time I tried getting Avid to do this
for me, they told me that if it was ProTools itself that I needed licensed,
they'd do it, no problem, but since it's a license for another product than
their own, they won't touch it.

OK, and, if the company doesn't have phone support? Or, if they do, then
what if they don't have a way to do remote administration? Back to Avid we
go? Oh, we can't do it because it's not our product? Looks like we're back
to square 1 at talking to Pace. Never mind that they don't seem yet
well, i don't know about others but Slate have

their site to grab TeamTalk for remote. Lots of options.
I'm still waiting to hear back from them about
VMR and from Eiosis about Air EQ. Both are brand
new so perhaps they are currently swamped.
