yeah, you might want to start bugging the other companies who also use iLok. they have every right to protect their intelectual property though, so in theory, I agree with them using a dongle to defeat the pirates. And that's coming from a guy who ran just about everything Waves ever

well, i don't know about others but Slate have Phone, Skype and email support, and links on their site to grab TeamTalk for remote. Lots of options. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about VMR and from Eiosis about Air EQ. Both are brand new so perhaps they are currently swamped.
