Fuzz Wah Mod Rate Reset when Opening a Session

Hi All, If I change mod rate parameter on Fuzz Wah plug in, save the session, and reopen the session, the parameter resets back. Could someone confirm this behavior? The setting sticks until I save and reopen the session, so I don't think it's an automation issue. I also tried on a new blank
