Folks, in all projects i can't select audio. This just started, and for the
life of me i don't know why. Both link timeline and edit and link track to
selection are checked under options. The funny thing is if i uncheck link
timeline and edit selection, i can select audio, but not if it is
Hi,
I run PT 12.2.1 with OSX 10.10, and selection/copY/paste mostly works just
fine. One thing to remember is to always make sure the Selector Tool in the
Cursor Tools cluster of the Edit window is selected. Also, deselect and
reselect a track and a selection range can straight things out in
Hi Eric,
Call them back & make them do a remote in to your box and straighten it out.
This will also drive home the VO Accessibility issues I and several others have
been raising with them!

Hi Shawn,
In addition to what Jon mentioned, I would make sure you're in the edit window
while trying to perform any audio editing and, more importantly, make sure that
the timeline is displaying waveforms in the track view pop-up menu. Otherwise,

Ah, you mean "Insert Follows Playback." Yeah, that'll bite you in the ass for
sure. When you go to check your selection by playing back for a moment, you
lose the selection and nothing gets copied or pasted. Control-n will toggle the
insertion following the playback. Glad you figured it out.
Hi.
Sweetwater has all of your answers...
Here's the short version:
Yes, they require external power and most connect via USB. Your late
2011 mac book pro should have two USB 2.0 ports, ethernet, a firewire
800 port and an Intel Thunderbolt port and remember that you can use
many different
Hi, I was reading on line that Pro Tools 12 is the last version to
support the Digi 003 interface so I was wanting to buy something better
and hopefully with better connections. I was reading on line about

Hi. I'm selling a resident audio t2 thunderbolt interface with five
meter thunderbolt cable... Shoot me an e mail if interested.
I would love to see a control surface with motorized faders and a
built in thunderbolt interface with eight or sixteen mic preamps etc
but who knows if we'll see
