I've got a ProTools HD Native system running PT 12.3.1, and my "control
surface" is a c24. PT sees my HDIO interface and lets me select that
playback engine, but it doesn't see the C24. The c24 says it's offline, so

That update is probably referring to a particular plug-in, although it's
impossible to know which one. Pro Tools 12.3.1 is certainly the latest version
so that's not the one. I have a feeling it's one of the plug-ins. Trying to
figure out if there's a workaround for the versioning.

Yep, they're accessible but there aren't any other presets presently. I have
the factory preset defaults for Velvet which I can attach tomorrow. I don't
think the Structure presets will work for you. Long story short, it's kind of
specific to your directory structure. I think a couple of folks
