Does anyone by chance know if the TC Helicon Harmony plugin is accessible with
ProTools, or at least if I can access its presets? If not, is there an
alternative which is? accessible that does the same thing?

Thank you so much for pointing this out. I just got the komplete package and
will be setting it up in the next few weeks and playing with it. I will likely
